Twilight Sparkle is not conformable today because she will gave birth twins. Now she is in the hospital and quickly come to this brand new game to play the role of doctor and help her gave birth. Using those professional medical tools to check her body and make her feel calm and brave. Let the baby twins listen to some music and then they will come out happily. Next you need to feed them with milk and play with these two lovely baby ponies. We have prepared different cute toys like balls and rope skipping for them to play. Have a nice time.
