We stepped into our consumers’ shoes and identified moments that matter them the most: Working, Studying, Loving, Happy and Winter moments. 60 moment icons were created to start playful little conversations with our consumers in their language about these 5 moments. The 5 moments were introduced in the first phase and specific moment icons were bolded in the second phase to deepen the understandings. We elevated tetrapak packaging from a format to the walking communication tool and pass on “Vitasoy, Stand by me. Every moment.”
