Building on a long-standing relationship with developer China Resources and a reputation for community enrichment, RTKL designed the MixC in Shenyang as the fifth MixC location in the firm’s portfolio. The development encompasses a 125,000-SM MixC retail and entertainment center in addition to an office tower, five residential towers and a Grand Hyatt Hotel that connects to the office tower and MixC through a seven-level Winter Garden.
