After a video shoot out in Portland OR, we decided to stop by The American Local for a memorable and delectable culinary experience. Of the dozen or so shareable dishes we ordered, "The Chicken Meatball" came with some specific preparation and eating instructions imparted on us by the amazing co-owner, Jenny Nickolaus. We decided to capture the experience and post it for the world to savor. Behold! The mouthwatering Chicken Meatball!
