I'm a Buttercream Artist, and I don't make sugar roses, but I wanted to have a crack at it. After watching may tutorials, I couldn't seem to replicate what I was seeing, so I thought, "OK, I'll make them my way!"
So join me for a tutorial on making sugar roses unconventionally, from someone that has only a passing idea of what they are doing! Awesome!
